Laserklinikcenter is a modern and results-oriented aesthetic clinic located centrally in Uppsala. We combine modern equipment with personal service and offer advanced treatments in laser, fat freezing, skin rejuvenation, teeth whitening, HIFU, and more. Our customer base is growing, so we are now looking for a key person for our small and ambitious team.

About the position

Do you want to work in a clinic where customer safety, results, and service are paramount – and where you have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and the future of the business? We are looking for an authorized skin therapist for a broad and independent role.

Your tasks will include:

· Conducting consultations and creating treatment plans

· Working with modern treatment machines

· Following up on treatment results

· Keeping records and communicating with clients

· Selling treatments and products

· Handling payments and daily operations in close collaboration with colleagues and owners, maintaining order and organization

You will become an important part of our team, where collaboration and responsibility are central.

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Authorized skin therapist (SHR-approved training or CIDESCO diploma)

· Fluent or very good Swedish in speech and writing

· Interest in sales and results

· Service-oriented, meticulous, and self-directed

· Ability to work both independently and in a team

Meriting:

· Experience with laser machines

· Experience with treatments

· Familiarity with Bokadirekt

· Languages other than Swedish

· Experience with cash register work and direct sales

· Experience with social media

· Has personal clients

Employment conditions

· Employment type: Permanent (6-month probationary period applies)

· Extent: 100%, 50%, 25%, or hourly basis

· Working hours: You decide which days you want to work and how many hours per week, very flexible; can also be combined with other jobs if desired

· Salary: Commission + bonus upon goal achievement

· Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement
