BingoRingen is proud to be a partner with Sweden's association life. Our vision is to conduct bingo games and lotteries with a big heart, lots of joy, and in a responsible and developing way.

Guests come to us for social and pleasant relaxation in everyday life with fun bingo games. All our surplus goes to associations, making our work very meaningful.

BingoRingen was born on December 29, 2017, but the management was active in bingo long before that. Today we have several bingo halls around Sweden and the head office is in Karlstad.

Job Description:

We are now looking for an employee who can work on-call as needed. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Since we are open every day of the week, shifts occur on varying weekdays.

Tasks include sales, café operations, cash handling, and customer service. For us, it is important that customers are in focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you will undergo training to learn and understand the work. After that, you will work alone on your shifts.

Qualifications:

We want you to be service-oriented, perceptive, social, and stress-resistant, with good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. It is a plus if you know multiple languages, but not a requirement. It is also a plus if you have a good sense of numbers and are quick to learn.

At BingoRingen in Umeå, we work alone during shifts, so it is important that you can work independently and take your own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see it as a merit, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
