We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist to join our team at Best Western Hotel at 108. Are you a warm and professional person who is passionate about creating first-class guest experiences? Then we would love to get to know you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a receptionist with us, you are an important part of the guest's overall experience. You work at the heart of the hotel, our reception, and handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, guest service, and administrative tasks. We are a small and close-knit team, which means you also play a key role in our restaurant; you enjoy switching between different tasks and see it as natural to step in where needed.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Checking guests in and out according to hotel procedures
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Receiving and recording bookings
• Handling payments and invoicing
• Assisting guests with inquiries, bookings, and practical matters
• Actively working with upselling and creating added value for our guests
• Contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere in the team
• Working in the restaurant during dinner service

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has a natural sense of service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and see every guest interaction as an opportunity to make an impression. Switching between reception and restaurant feels natural to you; you are unpretentious and always ready to support the team.

We would like you to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Previous experience in hotel reception, restaurant, or other service professions
• Good computer skills
• Experience with booking systems (HotSoft and Mews are meritorious)
• An interest in the hotel and service industry
• Reached the age of 20 (some tasks require this by law)
