Hourly Substitute as Qualified Contact Person

E&M Vision AB operates supported housing and training apartments for adults in Västra Götaland. Our target group includes, among others, individuals who face challenges in establishing a satisfactory lifestyle due to substance abuse issues, mental health problems, psychosocial difficulties, norm-breaking behaviors, and homelessness. We strive to offer support and resources to promote well-being and independence for our clients.

We are now recruiting hourly substitutes for autumn for our supported housing for adults – an important role for you who wants to make a real difference in people's daily lives and development.

As a qualified contact person with us, you work closely with our clients and have independent responsibility for planning, implementing, and following up on individual support interventions. You become a central point of security in their everyday life and support them in achieving their goals in areas such as housing, health, and employment. Through a motivating and professional approach, you contribute to strengthening clients' independence and quality of life.

The role includes regular contact with clients as well as collaboration with external actors such as social services, healthcare, and other partners. You work structurally based on implementation plans and are responsible for documentation being carried out correctly and legally according to current legislation and routines. You are part of a committed team where you together create a safe, stable, and developing environment for both clients and colleagues.

The work is scheduled for daytime, evenings, and weekends based on the needs of the operation. As an hourly substitute, you work as needed.

We are looking for someone who has at least two years of post-secondary education in social work or equivalent, as well as documented experience working with the target group, which is a requirement for the position. You are confident in your professional role, used to working independently, and possess a good ability to create professional relationships. As a person, you are structured, flexible, and solution-oriented, with a genuine commitment to people.
