Childcare Worker at Happy Kids Kållered

Happy Kids preschool is now seeking reinforcements for the upcoming school year.

Happy Kids is a well-established bilingual preschool with long experience. The preschool in Kållered opened in 2006, and the preschool in Kungsbacka in 2009.

Happy Kids preschools are bilingual, which means approximately half of the educators speak only Swedish with the children, while the other half speak only English with them.

Our families choose Happy Kids because they want to give their children early bilingualism and the opportunity to meet children from other cultures in an international environment.

Our vision is that by integrating language, culture, and tradition into daily preschool activities, children at Happy Kids will:

· develop their language skills at an early age

· participate in the world's different cultures and traditions

· gain a natural understanding of ethical diversity and tradition.

We are now looking for a childcare worker for our preschool in Kållered who can help us during the upcoming school year. The preschool accepts children between 1 and 5 years old.

We have pleasant, well-adapted premises and a large yard. Proximity to nature and communications provides good opportunities for our many excursions.

We highly value creativity and actively work to create new exciting learning environments. The operation follows the Swedish preschool curriculum. You will be part of a team where you, together with your colleagues, conduct teaching in accordance with our governing documents.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Can communicate in both Swedish and English.
• Has a great interest in other cultures, languages, and our world.
• Has a positive view of children, where you actively work with children's participation and responsibility.
• Sees the competent child and is used to working from a co-researching perspective where play is in focus.
• Wants to create exciting, varied learning environments, both outdoors and indoors, based on sustainability thinking.
• Has a professional approach and good ability to communicate with children, colleagues, and guardians.
• Is accustomed to pedagogical documentation and digital technology, as this is a given in our operation.
• Recognizes themselves in the words flexible, committed, resourceful, responsible, efficient, and responsive.
