Trumbäcken is looking for a property technician

We at Trumbäcken in Piteå are now looking for a property caretaker/property technician to join our operations team.

Your new job

As a property technician/property caretaker with us, you will have a varied job with great breadth and variety. The tasks you will mainly encounter are:

- Remedial maintenance.

- Inspections and supervision with reporting in digital systems

- Repairs and maintenance in apartments and in our areas

- Move-out inspections

For those with the will and ability to work independently and drive projects, the work may also involve working on smaller projects where you are responsible for coordination between different technical areas.

Who are you?

We would like you to be a person who has experience or interest in property management and property technology. You are quick to learn and possess general technical knowledge across several technical areas. We do not expect you to be an expert in a specific area, but value good versatility.

Since a large part of the work is independent, we appreciate good problem-solving skills. We also value a sense of quality and accuracy in the tasks you perform, as well as the ability to plan and organize your work efficiently.

We consider it a plus if you have:

- Experience or documented knowledge of property management.

- Technical knowledge in relevant areas such as electrical, water and sewage, HVAC, and installations.

- Experience or interest in construction.

- Language skills beyond Swedish, preferably English.

- Driver's license/experience with wheel loaders and/or forklifts.

Requirements

Since you will handle tasks on your own in our digital support systems and meet our tenants in our areas, you must have:

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Driver's license B.

Fairly good computer skills, at a level where you can handle reporting and communication.
