We are now looking for a substitute for our property management department.
As part of the team at Gnestahem, you will be an important colleague with a central role in the daily work. We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and together with others, and who contributes with commitment, responsibility, and good collaboration skills.
You are solution-oriented, structured, and have an eye for quality in your work. You are flexible, proactive, and have the ability to plan and carry out tasks within given time frames. With us, you will also be part of our joint development work towards a sustainable future.
The work consists of taking care of our areas and the main tasks include:
- Taking care of our areas, which involves mowing lawns, raking leaves, picking up litter, weeding, hedge trimming, planting, etc.
- Shoveling snow and sanding in winter
- Cleaning common areas in our properties when needed
- Cleaning garbage rooms and removing items that cannot be disposed of there
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance.
The work is very varied. It is important to develop good relationships with our tenants and customers so that they feel safe and well taken care of.
Formal requirements:
- Experience in property management
- Experience working with garden machinery
- Driver's license class B
Wishes and merits:
- Education/knowledge of pruning
- Chainsaw license - forklift license
