Electrician, Lead Installer - Södertälje

As a Lead Installer, you will lead and coordinate a team of electricians and installers. The tasks are varied and diverse.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out in accordance with the highest safety standards and within the specified time frame. You will perform and supervise electrical installations, carry out quality controls, and ensure that all electrical work complies with applicable standards and regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the project manager to plan and schedule work.

The position is full-time, daytime. This is a fixed-term full-time employment with the possibility that after a period of employment via Boost, you may be offered a direct employment with the client.

About you

You are a skilled electrician with education from the electrical program or other relevant vocational training, and you have worked as an electrician for several years with some experience as a lead installer. We would like you to have previously managed a team of electricians. It is important that you are self-sufficient in your work and have a desire to achieve set goals. As a person, you enjoy working with others and have good cooperation skills. Comradeship and a desire to develop are important in this role.
