Project Manager / Property Technician / Property Manager

We are looking for someone who wants to work in property management with tenant service and contribute to the development and maintenance of our properties. The position can be adapted based on your skills and experience, and we welcome applications from:

• Building Services
• Property Managers
• Property Technicians (preferably with electrical certification or HVAC)
• Project Managers with experience in construction and property

About the position

Work tasks vary depending on the role, but may include:

• Ongoing property management and maintenance
• Technical operation and troubleshooting
• Repairs and improvement work
• Project management for renovation and new construction
• Contact with contractors and tenants.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is practically minded and solution-oriented
• Has experience in construction, property, or technology (meriting)
• Has relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Holds electrical certification or other specialist competence (meriting)
• Is self-driven and responsible

A driver's license is required.

Work location Jönköping and/or Gränna.
