HSE Consultant

We are now seeking HSE consultants (Health, Safety & Environment) for upcoming assignments with our clients in Boden and Luleå.

In the consultant role, you work on varied assignments tailored to clients' current needs. The assignments are often operational, involving close collaboration with the business and various functions. You become a key part of daily operations and help ensure that HSE matters are handled in a structured and efficient manner.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to HSE who thrives in roles where safety, structure, and continuous improvement are intrinsic to everyday work. To succeed in these assignments, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience in qualified HSE work, preferably from large industrial or infrastructure projects
• Experience in environmental and sustainability work, as well as working with requirements management
• Experience in leading and coordinating sustainability requirements during procurement and project execution in collaboration with various functions
• Ability to clearly communicate project-specific HSE and sustainability requirements based on client needs
• Good knowledge of Swedish occupational health and safety and environmental legislation
• Documented experience in driving improvement work in workplace health and safety
• Ability to work independently and quickly familiarize yourself with new organizations and working methods
• Good understanding of laws and regulations in the sustainability field
• Strong organizational skills and good communication skills
• Strong self-motivation, experience with self-leadership, and a clear team player perspective
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
