About the role

• Create and develop relationships with new and existing customers

• Book and conduct meetings (digital and on-site) with colleagues or independently

• Understand customer needs and present how Parlametrics services can help them

• Follow up on ongoing collaborations and contribute to high customer satisfaction

• Participate in trade shows and organize customer activities

• Travel within Sweden for customer meetings and deliveries

• Work in a team with colleagues in the same department: Sales Associate at Parlametric

Who you are

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and good English in speech and writing

• Interest in relationships, customer value, and problem-solving

• Curious, unafraid to make contact, and comfortable with conversations and meetings

• Independent and structured – but thrives in a team

Meritorious (not required)

• Experience from service, retail, events, student engagement, organizational activities, or sales

• Interest in AI, business development, data/insights, or voice and text analysis

• Experience with presentations and customer dialogues

• Higher education
