About the position

You will work in home care in Stockholm. Our customers are located in the local area, and we travel on foot, by bike or by car.

Duties

As a nurse assistant with us, you play an important role in our customers' everyday lives. You provide care, support and service with a focus on strengthening the customer's independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers in their daily life and personal care
• Promoting social contacts and well-being
• Participating in care planning as a contact person
• Documenting and following up on interventions in a safe and correct manner according to the assistance decision

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Nurse assistant training
• Driving license B
• Experience working in home care
• Good knowledge of documentation and work with the municipality's digital systems and implementation plans
