Scope: 80-90%

Working hours: between 19:45-07:00, 20:30-07:45 or 21:00-08:15

Workplace: on-call unit

Duties: Advanced healthcare, participation in the delegation process for nursing staff, general and specific nursing care, medical assessments and treatment responsibility so that the individual receives the care and treatment prescribed by the physician, establish, review and follow care plans, supervision and guidance to nursing staff in the team according to the Client's established routines, reporting, processing and follow-up of deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work/operational changes, archiving, and staffing the care-to-care phone (vtv). Such as assessments, carrying out prescriptions, wound care, sampling, support/supervision of nursing staff, etc.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license

C1 Swedish

Driver's license (B)

At least two (2) years of professional experience working as a registered nurse,

Have worked as a registered nurse for the past two (2) years and have competence and experience in handling advanced medical technical products including drug pump, feeding tube, PEG (changing, cuffing, care), sampling, urinary catheter (insertion, flushing), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-cath (inserting needle, taking samples), PICC line (dressing change, sampling), blood transfusions, central venous catheter (dressing change, sampling).

Swedish personal identification number to be able to issue a regular SITHS card

Meritorious

Experience of documentation in Treserva health cases.

Experience working as a registered nurse in nursing homes
