Project Manager at BLP – Shelters and Critical Societal Infrastructure

BLP is a specialist company in shelters, population protection, and related technical installations. We work for municipalities, property owners, and major construction actors across Sweden, in projects where quality, responsibility, and long-term thinking are crucial.

We are now looking for a project manager who wants to take overall responsibility for projects from start to finish.

About the role

As a project manager at BLP, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
• Finances, schedule, quality, and work environment
• Contact with clients, subcontractors, and internal resources
• Practical support to technicians in production

The projects vary in size and complexity, but share the characteristics of being execution-oriented with clear technical/regulatory requirements and being critical to society.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in project management within construction, installation, or technical contracts
• Is structured, self-driven, and commercially minded
• Has a good understanding of finance and is confident in decision-making
• Has natural leadership skills and the ability to build trust
• Has knowledge of the standard contracts AB04 and ABT06

As travel is part of the job, you must have a valid driver's license (B).

Experience with shelters is particularly meritorious, but not necessarily a requirement.
