Supervisor with computer skills sought for Växjö!

We are now looking for a supervisor with administrative experience who wants to be part of further developing our operations. You play a central role in planning, leading, and following up on daily operations, while handling administrative tasks important for our structure and quality.

Your daily life:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work of cleaning staff
• Responsible for scheduling, absences, and staffing in our booking system
• Act as contact person for customers and handle customer matters
• Ensure compliance with quality and work environment routines
• Perform certain personnel administration, such as reporting and documentation
• Work with upselling to existing customers
• Clean at customer sites when operations require it

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in supervision within cleaning
• Is accustomed to administrative work and has good computer skills
• Is self-driven, structured, and has good communication skills
• Has a valid driver's license for manual transmission (mandatory)
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing (additional languages are a plus)

Meritorious

-Experience with domestic cleaning or move-out cleaning

-Cleaning training PRYL, SRY vocational certificate, or similar
