Coordinator for Consultancy Assignment within IFO June–August

We are seeking a social worker for a consultancy assignment as a coordinator within individual and family care. The assignment includes coordination and support for several operational areas within children, youth, and adults.

In this role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the work in operations covering children and youth, foster homes, family law, financial assistance, intake, investigation and follow-up, as well as adult services focusing on addiction and violence. The assignment requires a good overall understanding and particularly strong competence in children's rights issues.

The work involves leading work groups through change with a focus on stability, clarity, and presence. The role also includes supporting employees in a changing operation, contributing to structure and a calm work environment, and representing cases in administrative courts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work
• At least five years of experience in individual and family care
• Experience working with children and youth, family law, foster homes
• Experience working with adults in areas such as addiction, violence, and financial assistance
• Leadership training
• Experience leading and coordinating work groups
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation such as SoL, LVU, LVM, LUL, and FB
• Ability to work independently and create structure
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish
• Experience working in the Treserva case management system
• Class B driver's license

About the Assignment

• Full-time
• Assignment period June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026
• The assignment is to be performed on-site
• The assignment runs through the summer and must be covered for the entire period
