Cleaning Supervisor – Stockholm

We are now looking for a driven and responsible supervisor for our growing cleaning business in Stockholm. Do you have experience in the cleaning industry and thrive in a role where you lead others and ensure high quality? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the position

As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up the daily work of our cleaning teams in office cleaning and property cleaning. You are an important link between staff and customers and ensure that the work maintains a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute the work in the cleaning team
• Scheduling and workforce planning
• Introduction and training of new staff
• Quality controls and follow-up
• Customer contact and handling feedback

Qualifications:

• Experience from the cleaning industry (required)
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Good Swedish and Spanish
• Driving license B
