Car Salesperson to One Car Group

One Car Group is a growing car dealership in Uppsala focusing on hand-picked premium and used cars, as well as a customer experience that should feel both personal and safe. Behind the business is a dedicated team with several different roles who together drive the company forward every day.

As we continue to grow and develop our business, we are now looking for a third salesperson who wants to become part of the team and join us on our continued journey forward.

About the role

Here with us, no two days are the same. You will work with the entire sales process, from initial contact and viewing to closing, delivery, and follow-up. The role is full-time, and some evening and weekend work may occur depending on the needs of the business.

The role is suitable for someone who likes to take initiative, build relationships, and do business with a professional and genuine approach.

Your tasks will include:

• Selling cars
• Contact with customers via phone, email, and on-site in the showroom
• Helping customers find the right car and the right solution
• Managing advertisements and following up on inquiries
• Contributing to a neat, welcoming, and professional facility

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are a person who enjoys a fast pace, is good at talking to people, and likes to build trust. You do not need to be a typical car salesperson; the most important thing for us is that you are driven, engaged, and want to develop together with the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is social, driven, and responsible
• Has a sense of service and customer interaction
• Is comfortable with, or has experience in, sales and enjoys working toward goals
• Has a genuine interest in cars
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
• Has a driving license (B category)

Previous experience in car sales is meriting, but for us, the right attitude, drive, and personality weigh at least as heavily. We are looking for someone who is engaged, wants to develop, and truly likes the industry.
