Interim Unit Manager for Assignment within Disability Support/LSS

We are seeking a unit manager for a consulting assignment within Disability Support/LSS. The assignment involves operational leadership with responsibility for activities, staff, and daily operations.

The role includes leading and distributing work, ensuring quality in operations, and contributing to structure and stability. The assignment requires a present leadership style and good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education
• At least three years of documented experience in a leading position within Disability Support/LSS
• Active experience as a manager for at least 18 months during the past 24 months
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaborative skills
