Interim Team Leader for Consulting Assignment within Water and Wastewater May-December

We are looking for a team leader for Water and Wastewater in Fagersta/Norberg

We are seeking an engaged and responsible team leader who wants to be part of a team in the Water and Wastewater department in both Fagersta and Norberg. The assignment includes driving and leading water and wastewater remediation projects and ensuring progress in the projects. Lead and follow up on contractors and hired staff. The role involves operational management, holding work-related meetings, and ensuring that projects stay within budget.

The assignment is full-time starting immediately until 31/12 with possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who:

• Experience in relevant operational area, preferably from the public sector
• Structured and accustomed to planning and meeting deadlines
• Good stress tolerance and positive attitude under pressure
• Strong communication skills and confident in a leadership role
• Relationship-building and collaborative
• Solution-oriented with strategic thinking
• Ability to see connections in complex situations
