About the position

Do you want one of the most varied jobs in the industry as a damage estimator? Bil+ in Enköping is expanding and is now looking for someone with the competence to handle estimating work for everything from passenger cars to heavy vehicles and recreational vehicles.

We are building a modern workshop where your expertise will be crucial for us to be able to offer a complete damage service to both private customers, haulage companies, and motorhome owners.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct damage inspections and prepare estimates in Cabas for passenger cars, heavy vehicles (trucks/buses), and recreational vehicles (motorhomes/caravans).
• 
  
• Assess damage to complex bodies and materials (e.g., sandwich panels and heavy chassis).
• 
  
• Maintain close dialogue and negotiate with insurance companies' specialist departments.
• 
  
• Ensure that estimates are technically correct and economically optimized.

Requirements for experience & qualifications:

Do not apply if you completely lack experience in damage estimation. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in Cabas and industry experience. Some supplementary training can be offered internally for the right person, but you need to have the documented qualifications required to start working independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in damage estimation in Cabas.
• 
  
• Has good material knowledge and understands technical differences between different vehicle types.
• 
  
• Is a sharp negotiator who ensures every detail of the estimate is correct.
• 
  
• Requirement: B driver's license.
• 
  
• Meritorious: C driver's license (or higher) is considered a big plus.
