Software Developer

We develop and operate software products for the telecom industry, focusing on backend services, web applications, and mobile apps.

We are now looking for an interim senior backend developer for a six-month period to cover during a leave of absence.

What you will work with

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java
• Business logic, APIs, and system integrations
• Code quality, testability, and long-term maintainability
• Work closely with frontend and mobile teams to define clear interfaces

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in backend development
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take technical responsibility and ownership from day one
• Strong competence in Java and experience operating systems in production
• A structured and quality-focused approach to software development
• Curiosity about new technologies and continuous improvement
• A pragmatic and positive view of AI as a natural part of software development evolution

• Interest in occasionally working across the full stack when it adds value
