We are now looking for energetic and orderly colleagues primarily full-time who have a black belt in sales, customer support as well as high technical competence. You should have at least 2 years of documented experience in sales and some form of technical support and competence. You should have a pleasant customer approach, be easy to collaborate with, stress resistant, punctual, independent and honest with a twinkle in the eye. Does that sound like part of you? We see you as a true technically inclined salesperson and team leader with a great interest in the latest technology and the sales process that leads to the goal. When needed, you will visit customers on site but also work at Multitech to handle visiting customers. You must be excellent at handling both technical support issues as well as sales and follow-up of already delivered equipment. You will also be able to help in our service center and, when needed, perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of hardware and software both at our location and on site at customers.
You will simply become one of our sharpest spiders in the web. This job philosophy will provide a very varied and pleasant everyday life.

As the position involves written customer contacts and quote handling via email and phone, it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English both orally and in writing.
We consider it highly meritorious if you have knowledge to
- Configure and set up Office 365 for business customers (including domains, migration, setting up exchange email and other business programs within the Office family.)
- Be familiar with running and configuring networks at customers
- Have solid sales and support experience
- Have good knowledge and interest in the latest technology/hardware and how computers work
- Have experience in social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram
- Have knowledge to handle Adobe software like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Have knowledge of Windows Server, etc.
