Chef for New Restaurant - Focus on Pizza and Classic Pub Food!

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated chef who wants to help open a new restaurant in Bergeforsen! Our focus is on well-made pizza and classic pub favorites - such as plank steak and hearty meat dishes - at the center. As our chef, you will help create a flavorful, accessible, and popular menu for both locals and visitors.

About the position

You will have a central role in the kitchen and be involved from the start as we build up the concept, routines, and menu. There are great opportunities to influence working methods and dishes, as long as the food maintains high quality and is easily accessible to a broad audience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cooking, menu planning, and kitchen management, preferably from similar operations.
• Is confident in preparing classic pub food and pizza, prioritizing quality, pure flavors, and good ingredients.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with colleagues and handle orders and instructions.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and efficient - even when things get busy.
• Is creative within the framework of a simple, flavorful, and popular concept.
• Enjoys working both independently and together with others.
