We are looking for a star for the serving team

We are now looking for a skilled, self-driven, and service-oriented waiter/waitress who truly knows their profession. You have at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably from establishments with a bar, high pace, and high demands on service, sales, and quality.

You are accustomed to handling many guests simultaneously, quickly reading situations, and delivering warm, professional, and efficient service even when the pace is at its highest. You have a natural drive, a sharp eye for detail, and understand that truly good service is about more than carrying plates – it is about hospitality, energy, timing, and feeling.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, works independently, and at the same time strengthens the team around you. You know how to create a positive experience for the guest, how to work structured under pressure, and how to contribute to every service running smoothly, safely, and professionally.

Job Duties

The role includes, among other things:

• Serving food and drinks with high service flair and professionalism

• Taking care of guests through table service, interaction, upselling, and hospitality

• Working at a high pace without compromising on quality or the overall experience

• Collaborating closely with the kitchen, bar, and other staff to ensure a strong service flow

• Contributing to order, structure, and a high standard throughout the service shift

• Helping create a pleasant, professional, and well-functioning work environment

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress
• Has experience in a restaurant environment with a bar and high pace
• Is stress-resistant, quick, solution-oriented, and confident in the service profession
• Is self-driven but also works very well in a team
• Has a natural sense for service, hospitality, and sales
• Is responsible, meticulous, and professional in their work
• Has good social skills and a positive, welcoming manner
