Do you want to deliver top-class service at Karlstad's new Rotisserie & Steakhouse?
During May/June 2026, Tullhomen Rotisserie & Steakhouse opens – a timeless and relaxed steakhouse with warmth, energy, and personality. Guests are welcomed with rotisserie chicken, perfectly cooked meat, starters, à la carte, and dessert classics. Lunch starts softly, but as the day progresses, glasses fill and the energy rises. The music and atmosphere create a warm and cool feeling, where guests should feel welcome and inspired.
We are looking for service staff for the summer of 2026 with the possibility of continuation, who want to be an important part of the guest experience. You will work closely with the restaurant manager and the team to create a relaxed but sharp service atmosphere where every detail matters.
In this role, you are responsible for:
- Welcoming and guiding guests with warmth and commitment
- Serving food and drinks with precision and attention to detail
- Contributing to the team's development and positive work environment
- Participating in training and education about the menu, ingredients, and beverages
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in restaurant service
- Has a genuine interest and knowledge of food and gastronomy
- Can create a warm, familiar but professional feeling for the guest
- Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and enjoys developing together with the team
