Restaurant Assistant

Kaizu is now looking for a restaurant assistant to join our team in central Växjö.

Kaizu is a modern sushi concept with creative flavors, sleek environment, and a focus on the overall experience. With us, both food and service are central. We want every guest to have an experience that feels thought-out from start to finish.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a restaurant assistant with us, you will be an important part of the team and the guest experience. The pace can be high during service, but we work together and help each other throughout the shift.

Job Duties

• Welcome guests and take orders
• Cash handling and takeaway
• Wating and customer service
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Dishwashing and cleaning during service
• Assist with simple preparations
• Ensure guests have a great experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, positive, and service-oriented
• Enjoys working at a fast pace
• Is responsible and punctual
• Has an eye for detail and likes orderliness
• Likes food, service, and people
• Can work evenings and weekends

Previous experience from a restaurant or café is a plus but not required — the right attitude and energy are most important to us.
