Service at Sjösidan in Visby

Do you want to work with the sea as your neighbor and some of Gotland's most beautiful sunsets as your view?

We are now looking for waitstaff for Sjösidan in Visby – an outdoor restaurant by the sea just north of the city wall.

With us, service is about more than just taking orders. We are looking for someone who loves interacting with people, who is social, warm, and makes guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. You enjoy creating a great atmosphere in the restaurant and contribute with energy, care, and natural hospitality.

The restaurant is almost entirely outdoors, except for the kitchen and dishwashing area.

We believe you are:

• Positive, social, and confident when interacting with guests.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team
• Sensitive to service and details
• Want to help create memorable evenings by the sea

Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but the right personality and attitude are most important to us.
