Annas Vård och HemtjänstTeam AB is an established home care company founded in 2009. Today we have approximately 200 employees and operate from six offices in Nacka and Tyresö municipalities.

We work in smaller teams to create high continuity for our customers and a safe, sustainable work environment for our staff. Each team is led by a team leader/coordinator and a operations manager who are responsible for daily work and ensuring that our routines, quality, and core values are followed.

About the position

As an employee with us, you work closely with people in their everyday lives. Our customers need both nursing interventions and service interventions in their homes and sometimes also outside the home. The work is varied, independent, and meaningful.

A large portion of our customers have clear wishes regarding personal continuity, security, and integrity in care situations, which means we currently need to strengthen our teams with staff who can meet these needs in a professional and empathetic manner.

Requirements for the position:

Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

Trained nurse assistant or equivalent

Driver's license class B (mandatory)
