Description

Segelstads Rehab AB was founded by a licensed occupational therapist with a clear ambition: to make a real difference in rehabilitation and ensure that occupational therapy is accessible to everyone – no matter where in the country you live.

We are now looking for a committed occupational therapist who wants to work part-time in work-oriented rehabilitation in Trollhättan. The assignment starts from June 1st and continues indefinitely at 40-60%.

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with experience in work ability assessments, especially with the instruments MOHOST, WRI, DOA, AWP and AWC. Preferably with formal training from SPETSA and the Swedish Association of Occupational Therapists.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are curious, development-oriented and confident in working independently. At the same time, you see the value of being part of a context where collaboration and collegial support are a natural part of everyday life.

You will have access to continuous supervision, guidance and support from experienced colleagues. We believe in the power of sharing knowledge and growing together.

About the company:

Since 2017, Segelstads Rehab AB has offered qualified interventions in occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychology. We are a growing organization with assignments and employees across Sweden.

We are knowledge-driven and development-oriented, where collaboration is a natural part of our work approach. As a consultant with us, you become part of a committed and professional team, with support from a mentor, consulting manager and colleagues. If needed, we offer a structured introduction for a safe and effective start in your assignment.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and open to both short and long assignments in various operations. The consultant role provides variation, new perspectives and continuous development.

You do not need to know everything from the start – but you need to be curious, adaptable and genuinely engaged in your profession. Your willingness to put the client at the center is at least as important as your experience.

We look forward to your application.
