Nurse, consultant assignment home healthcare for group homes 22/6-16/8

Working hours: Primary working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays, but weekend work may also occur on rare occasions.

Day: 7:00-16:00

Weekend: 7:00-16:00, or 7:30-21:30 (break 240 min)

Responsibilities:

The work involves health and medical care in the home at the primary care level. Planned and unplanned consultations, assessments, and interventions via telephone and/or through visits in group homes.

• During weekends, on-call duties only with consultations, assessments, and interventions via telephone and/or through visits within home healthcare.
• The work is based in the home healthcare office premises where all nurses/district nurses in home healthcare sit together with rehabilitation staff. The workplace provides a company car during working hours.
• Joint planning between home healthcare and group homes occurs.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license

Swedish C1

Driver's license, class B

Able to work at least 80% of the assignment period.

Meritorious

Experience with documentation in Combine

Experience with home healthcare and/or group homes within LSS/Social Psychiatry
