Working hours: day, evening and weekend

Workplace: Based at team office, work takes place in patients' homes

Duties: Standard nursing tasks at primary care level, such as medication management, dosage dispensing, wound dressings, sampling, PICC line, central line, nutritional drip, etc.

Requirements:

Licensed Registered Nurse

Driving license class B

Swedish C1

Meritorious:

Specialist training as District Nurse

Knowledge of the Treserva medical records system

Experience in elderly care
