Specialist Physician, General Practice

Mobilia Healthcare Center is growing and we now welcome another colleague who is a Specialist in General Practice.

Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with stable staffing. We utilize each other's expertise to gain support in our work and to provide patients with good care. Currently, we have approximately 8,200 listed patients.

We strive for high accessibility, good medical quality, and excellent patient service. We continuously work to develop our operations based on patient needs, reviewing flow, efficiency, and adjusting and developing our working methods along the way.

You are a confident person who remains calm and focused regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and strong collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and within an interprofessional team. Together with the clinic management, you are responsible for developing and driving the business forward.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. Your duties at the healthcare center span a broad field and encompass the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both by phone, in-person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, requiring you to make your own assessments and decisions. In our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you as a physician collaborate with nurses and other professionals to evaluate patients.

In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork, and collaboration with colleagues and other contacts is a given for you. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener during both digital meetings and in-person visits. We would like to see that you have an interest in digitalization and operational development.
