We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as an hourly assistant and can step in on short notice.

The hourly employment may later lead to a permanent position. You must be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent competence deemed comparable by the employer. Previous experience and knowledge of working in elderly care, home care, and care for people with dementia or mental illness is meritorious.

You should have a positive approach, be flexible, able to work independently, and also collaborate in a team. You must be responsive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure daily life for our customers.

Committed, solution-oriented, with a sense of responsibility and the ability to think innovatively are some of the highly valued qualities.

We primarily work in Nynäshamn urban area, where our office is also located and from which we operate. Working hours vary; we have customers with interventions from morning to evening, on weekends and weekdays, which means our working hours follow accordingly.

We work based on needs-assessed decisions and perform care, nursing, and service tasks in customers' homes.

You must have previous experience and knowledge of elderly care, dementia, and/or mental illness. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are a regular computer user. Driver's license B is desirable; you must also be able to cycle. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
