You must be a trained assistant nurse or have equivalent competence that the employer considers comparable. It is advantageous if you have previous experience and knowledge from work in elderly care, home care, and care for people with dementia or mental illness.

You should have a positive attitude, be flexible, be able to work independently, and be able to collaborate in a team. You should be responsive to customers' wishes and needs and be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and safe everyday life for our customers.

We primarily work in Nynäshamn city center, where our office is also located and serves as our base. Working hours vary; we have customers with services from morning to evening, weekends and weekdays, which means our working hours are accordingly.

We work based on needs-assessed decisions and provide healthcare, care, and service in customers' homes.

You must have previous experience and knowledge in elderly care, dementia, and/or mental illness. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are a confident computer user. A B driver's license is desirable; you must also be able to cycle. Knowledge of Lifecare, LMO, Phoniro, and Carefox is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
