Infragruppen carries out assignments in Railway, Electrical, Ground, and Signaling, as well as ground and bridge works in road & railway & water and sewage for various clients.

We have long-term framework agreements with, among others, the Swedish Transport Administration, Skellefteå municipality, Vindeln municipality, and the County Administrative Board. We work exclusively as the main supplier to the public sector with our own design-build and construct-only contracts.

As a Project Manager/Supervisor, you are responsible for planning, allocating, monitoring, and controlling the daily work in each project, as well as handling some administration and participating in bidding processes. In consultation with management, you will manage various projects and contract assignments. Unexpected issues may arise during the project that you must resolve urgently. Another challenge is ensuring good collaboration and engagement among employees. You should also enjoy the journey from blueprint to completed project. You will have extensive customer contacts, which requires that you are good at talking to people and are sociable.

Sometimes it can be tough, and that's when you, as a supervisor, should be able to spread enthusiasm around you and help others feel joy as you together overcome obstacles or reach certain milestones in the project. Above all, it is a social job where you meet many people. It is a requirement that you have a driver's license (B).

The person we are looking for should have extensive knowledge in civil engineering, earthworks, concrete work, excavation and machine work, tiling. Other tasks may also be relevant depending on the work we have.

Work based at the Skellefteå office. The position involves considerable responsibility, administration, and travel in the field.
