ABOUT WORKING WITH US

Are you a driven and committed project manager who wants a central role in exciting construction projects? Then you may be the one we are looking for to join our team at LBF Bygg & Mark AB.

About the Role

As a project manager with us, you are a key person in the projects. You are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, finances, time, and resources. You lead the project independently and ensure profitability through the right staffing, technical solutions, and efficient production. You will also be an important link between the construction manager, suppliers, clients, and production staff.

Your tasks include, among others:

Leading and managing projects according to agreed requirements and goals

Responsible for quality, efficiency, and safety in projects

Planning and carrying out production according to technical requirements

Responsible for certain procurement

Actively communicating and providing feedback to the construction manager and other project members

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who likes early mornings and has a positive, humble, and responsible attitude. You thrive in a leadership role and are a natural problem solver who likes to build good relationships inside and outside the company. You are flexible and ready to step in where needed.

We believe you have:

At least 5 years of experience from the construction industry

Basic Safety (Bas-U) and Basic Design (Bas-P) certifications

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Drivers license B

Location:

We are based in Arlanda Stad, with projects mainly in northern Greater Stockholm and sometimes in other locations.
