Supervisor

Are you an experienced supervisor with a passion for working on complex projects?

We are expanding and are now looking for driven supervisors for a major exciting project in Gävle!

Job Duties:

• Assist the Site Manager in the daily work and follow up on the project in all parts of the production process: start, implementation, and completion.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to the client's expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, work environment, laws, and agreements.
• Drive work environment issues at the workplaces in accordance with the company's goals and action plans.
• Participate in the preparation of schedules and follow-up on these.
• Assist in work preparations together with project personnel.
• Approve time reports for own personnel.
• Contribute to ensuring that calculations and tenders comply with the decision-making process and profitability targets.
• Establish production budgets, review invoices, and financial lists.
• Responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in tenders and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with clients.
• Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments.
• Participate in project closure according to applicable routines and experience feedback within the site organization.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a supervisor in ground and civil engineering.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is meritorious.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience of personnel responsibility and leading contract operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contract process in ground and civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
• Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Driving license B.
