Construction Supervisor

Are you an experienced construction supervisor with a passion for working on complex projects?

We are expanding and are now seeking driven supervisors for a large exciting project!

Job responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day operations and monitor the project throughout all stages of the production process: start, execution, and completion.
• Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with customer expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, work environment, laws, and contracts.
• Drive work environment issues at the worksites in accordance with the company's goals and action plans.
• Participate in creating schedules and following up on them.
• Assist in work preparations together with project staff.
• Approve time reports for own personnel.
• Contribute to ensuring that estimates and bids align with the decision-making process and profitability goals.
• Establish production budget, review invoices, and financial reports.
• Be responsible for financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in bidding and contract negotiations, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with customers.
• Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments.
• Participate in project closures according to applicable procedures and lessons learned within the site organization.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a construction supervisor in ground and civil engineering.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is meritorious.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience in personnel responsibility and managing contracting operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process for ground and civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Class B driver's license.
