Project Manager

With us at Bäckström Anläggning AB, you will have the opportunity to lead our production team within the data center business area and contribute to our success as a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager with us, you report to the Business Manager and have overall business responsibility for our production team. You monitor and develop our projects through all phases – from sales and startup to execution and completion. Through your work, you ensure the highest possible profitability, satisfied customers, and a safe work environment.

You also have personnel responsibility for the production team and work to develop the team and our operations.

Main duties:

• Sales: Participate in sales efforts, for example through customer responsibility, review and preparation of bids and contracts.
• Project management: Responsible for startup, planning, and execution of projects with focus on finances, time, and quality.
• Follow-up: Ensure compliance with management systems and legal requirements, monitor financial results and KPIs, and participate in final inspections and lessons learned.
• Customer responsibility: Maintain good customer relationships and manage additional sales, renegotiations, and contract changes.
• Resource allocation: Responsible for resource and role allocation within projects and department.
• QHSE work: Ensure that quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work is followed and developed according to our guidelines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in project management in the construction and infrastructure industry.
• Has good knowledge of economics, contracts, and project follow-up.
• Is an engaged leader with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Has experience in customer relationships and additional sales.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
