We are looking for a skilled Flooring Installer with an eye for finish!

Are you a meticulous craftsman passionate about creating beautiful and durable floors?

We at Hedermann Gruppen AB are expanding and are now looking for a flooring installer with specialist expertise in plastic flooring and wet rooms.

About the role

As a flooring installer with us, you will work on everything from small repairs for private individuals to larger contracting projects. The focus is on laying plastic and vinyl flooring in both dry areas and wet rooms.

Your main tasks:

• Preparation work such as sanding, filling, and self-leveling compounds.
• Installing plastic flooring, linoleum, and vinyl floors.
• Pattern matching and welding of seams for a tight and aesthetic result.
• Wet room work (fall construction and installation of waterproofing/wall membrane).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, punctual, and takes pride in their professional skills. Since you often work on-site with clients, it is important that you are service-oriented and speak good Swedish.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Documented experience in flooring installation, specifically plastic floors.
• Certification: GVK certification or vocational diploma is a strong plus.
• Driver's license: A valid driver's license (class B) is required to travel between projects.
• Attributes: Eye for detail, solution-oriented, and a good team player.
