Hourly employment/summer substitute with possibility of fixed shifts.

A 35-year-old woman living in Hammarby Sjöstad is now looking for an assistant on an hourly basis who can work 2-3 shifts per week immediately, and can work during the summer when regular assistants are on vacation.

For the right person, there is an opportunity for a scheduled position in the autumn of 35 hours per week. Due to the close integrity nature of the work, the applicant should be a woman around 20-40 years old.

She has several disabilities, which means she needs assistance with most things, such as personal hygiene and daily care, exercise, and all common household chores. You need to be free from back and shoulder issues as she needs help with gait training and other transfers. Some lifting occurs.

It is double assistance, so it is important that you can cooperate and show good team spirit.

She enjoys doing new fun things and challenges with her assistants. Her communication is through picture support and body language as she does not speak, so it is important that you speak and write Swedish without problems.

The position is initially an hourly employment during the summer, which can become a scheduled employment of 35 hours per week after the summer.
