Woman in Rönninge seeks personal assistant with manual driver's license

We are currently looking for a personal assistant who, after a probationary period, would like to move into a permanent schedule. The position covers approximately 40% and we are seeking a calm and responsible assistant who can work varied weekdays and weekends with times between 10:00-18:00 and 18:00-10:00. There is a 6-hour on-call night shift, so this should not be an obstacle.

Who are we looking for?

You are empathetic, responsible, and have strong physical ability to carry out transfers. You are proactive, social, and put the customer at the center. You must understand and speak fluent Swedish.

You need to have a manual driver's license as the customer has a private car that may be used in the role. You should not be allergic to cats as the customer has a cat at home.

About the customer

The customer is a 56-year-old woman. She needs help taking care of her home, including cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, shopping, etc. Your job is to do what the customer would have done herself without her disability, without taking over tasks that she can perform herself.

She prefers that the applicant is a woman over 25 years old. You must live in or near Rönninge/Salem to be available even on short notice. Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus.

It is highly meritorious if you like food (from Asia) and nature.

Employment conditions

You will start as an hourly employee initially, but there is an opportunity for a fixed schedule once you begin your employment.

Start date

We prefer that you are available to start immediately. Initially, you will have introductory shifts with an experienced assistant so that you can then work independently.
