Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a companion for a 12-year-old boy with bilateral spastic cerebral palsy and autism living in Södermalm. The assignment comprises 8 hours per month divided into 3-4 sessions carried out during weekends. During accompaniment, you will travel by public transport, have coffee, and do crafts. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, sensitive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in the target group is meritorious. During accompaniment, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the client. Companion service is intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment conditions

The hourly wage (including overtime compensation) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will ask for references and a police criminal record extract.
