Job Duties

We are currently looking for a female companion for a woman with autism. The assignment includes 6 hours per month, divided into 1-2 occasions carried out on weekends or weekdays. During accompaniment, the client wishes to take walks, have coffee, visit museums and libraries, among other things. We are looking for someone who is patient, structured, sensitive, pedagogical, and has a strong interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is meritorious. During accompaniment, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the client. Companion service is intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including supplements) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will ask for references and an extract from the criminal record.
