Personal assistant for an 8-year-old boy

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a boy in the 5-year age range. He has extensive care needs and your tasks include personal care, hygiene, training and activities, both inside and outside the home.

He does not attend preschool but is at home around the clock.

As a personal assistant with us, you will have a varied job where no day is the same. You help people grow and have the opportunity to live an independent life. Security, flexibility and sensitivity are important keywords. Personal assistance is about user focus and a great commitment to another human being. As an assistant, you are there to help and support in everyday life.

We believe that you are a warm and empathetic person who is confident in making your own decisions and at the same time good at reading the surroundings. The role places high demands on flexibility, responsibility and respect. We are looking for someone who is creative, adaptable and committed. There is some solo work and you need to be able to take responsibility and make decisions.
