About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. Your main tasks include cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other duties such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements for the customer. Being responsive to the customer's needs is important. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. Proficiency in Swedish is important. High school education is a requirement.
