Order and Communications Manager

Are you at the beginning of your career and want a varied role where you work with administration, customer contact, and communication? Then this might be the role for you.

We at MT Yrkeskläder are now looking for a junior order and communications manager who will have a central role in our daily operations. You will primarily work with orders and quotes, have ongoing contact with customers, and support the store operations when needed. You will work from either the store in Nacka or Botkyrka.

In addition to operational work, you will also be responsible for our social media and, when time permits, contribute to our marketing through newsletters, campaigns, and simple content production.

MT Yrkeskläder is a store specializing in promotional and workwear. We help companies find the right clothing with prints and embroidery, whether for construction, service, or other professional groups.

With stores in Nacka and Botkyrka, we combine physical retail with an online shop and work closely with our customers to deliver solutions that are both stylish and functional.

We are a small company with great drive, currently consisting of a team of 5 people who work closely together every day. With us, you get the opportunity to influence, try out ideas, and grow in your role.

About the role

This is a varied role where you get to work with everything from campaigns and social media to customer orders and store operations. You will be an important part of driving our marketing forward and ensuring that our brand stands out and feels relevant.

Examples of tasks:

• Create and publish content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
• Brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns - both on your own initiative and in collaboration with suppliers
• Come up with your own ideas and initiatives for marketing
• Make corrections in Photoshop (logos on garments, etc.)
• Create newsletters
• Handle orders from the webshop
• Create quotes
• Help out in the store when needed

Salary and conditions

We offer a fixed monthly salary in the range of 27,000 – 30,000 SEK, depending on experience, as well as good opportunities for development and growth in the role.
