Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and conducts B2B sales of articles in heating, water, and sanitation. Today we are one of Sweden's leading plumbing and heating wholesalers with an annual turnover of over SEK 1.8 billion and 230 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional pipe installers with a large and continuous need for materials. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north, through our 21 full-staffed pick-up warehouses with over 17,000 stocked articles. We are currently in an expansion phase and therefore have a great need for recruitment.

At Lundagrossisten you learn an industry, a company and a profession from the ground up, where practical work is combined with internal training in, among other things, plumbing and heating, sales, and our business system. As an Inside Sales/Warehouse Worker you are expected to provide competent and pleasant service to our visiting customers and administer their orders, but also work with all occurring warehouse tasks such as order picking, incoming deliveries, and material deliveries with a B-truck.

The position is full-time and offers good development opportunities, as Lundagrossisten's policy is to recruit internally for positions in purchasing, marketing, IT, outside sales, and branch manager responsibilities. We strive for long-term working relationships and are proud to say that since our start in 1977 we have never given notice or temporarily laid off any employee!

Relevant qualities and prior knowledge

Plumbing and heating knowledge is initially not a requirement, but you must be motivated to acquire this knowledge through work and our internal training programs. As an employee at Lundagrossisten, you need to have a structured approach and enjoy working at an efficient pace and with many contacts. Relevant qualities are commitment, flexibility, lack of prestige, as well as a good sense of service and sales. We would like you to have an interest in technology, construction, or mechanics.

Scope Full-time

Employment type Permanent employment after 6 months' probationary period

Starting salary is based on previous, relevant experience. Our goal is that all new employees should have reached the knowledge level and competence of a technical salesperson within two years of work and thereby receive a monthly salary of SEK 36,000. Thereafter, individual salary development takes place based on your sense of responsibility and performance at work.

A B driver's license is not a requirement at the time of application, but must be held within 6 months from employment.
