About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a Customer Advisor/Receptionist with us. You will be a key person in the daily operations and the first point of contact our customers meet—both over the phone and on-site in the workshop.

Job duties

Your main tasks include:

• Receiving customers on site and over the phone
• Booking and following up workshop visits
• Ordering spare parts
• Contacting suppliers and ensuring the right parts are available on time
• Issuing invoices and processing payments
• Handling email and simple administration

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service or administration (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Is service-oriented, sociable, and structured
• Has good computer skills and can express themselves well in spoken and written Swedish
• Holds a valid driver's license (requirement)
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same
